Imagine: A heart-centered yet sweaty yoga class overlooking topanga canyon’s natural beauty; guided meditation, slowly warming up to contact with your partner. Finding deep and effective ways of touching your partner to grow and open into safe stretches and sweet bliss. Working in Thai massage to open, and acroyoga therapeutic flying to connect, we’ll finish with strawberries and chocolate to feed to your beloved.

Please come with a partner (romantic or platonic) for this very special sassy sensual acroyoga experience~

Topanga Canyon @ Sanctuary Studio  - Jan 15, 2012 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM AcroYoga Inversions & Acrobatics Intermediate Level With Yogi 1742 Deerhill Trail, Topanga Canyon, 90290 Price: 35 With the support of a partner we will embody support, receptivity and trust. Students will solidify spotting techniques in basic inversions as the foundation for acrobatics. The progressions lead to basic partner acrobatics cultivating strength and flexibility while working as a team. A playful, safe, supportive environment will empower the whole room to be upside down and connect to the divine! Recommended for students with an intermediate yoga practice. You are invited to fly high and get grounded with Yogi and Juli. Learn new ways to invigorate and safely navigate flight and basing. We’ll work on conditioning, partner acrobatics, and acrobatic acroyoga in a way that’s fun, challenging, and methodical. All levels welcome. No Partner Necessary. Please bring a cup or flask for water and tea.

Yogi here, fresh back from Berlin, ready to bring some deep integration and exploration from the worlds of acrobatics, Thai massage, and yoga. Honored to be working with my talented partner Juli, we will be holding Workshop here in Topanga, learning, going deeper in the practice of AcroYoga, focus, and connection. Using props and freeform, we invite all levels, from newbies to advanced.

We look forward to playing with you soon.

From 101, drive south 6 mi. on Topanga Canyon Blvd (or from PCH, drive north 7 miles). Turn onto Arteique Rd. (just north of Topanga Community House) then take a right turn at Deerhill/Cow Trail. At the first long lane on your right, drive down to the metal structure & park – or park along the driveway.

Parking: there is limited parking near the house, so we ask that people arriving first try to park along the left side of the lane approaching the house (without blocking our neighbors’ driveways).

Then please enter the gate without letting free our friendly and freedom loving dog, Shuggie.

AcroYoga verbindet das Wissen des Yoga, das Mitgefühl der Thai Massage und die Dynamik und Kraft der Akrobatik.
Diese drei alten Traditionslinien bilden die Praxis, in deren Mittelpunkt Vertrauen, Verbindung und Verspieltheit stehen.
Im Gegensatz zu anderen Yogastilen, wo man zumeist allein auf der Matte übt, steht in AcroYoga die Gemeinschaft der Übenden im Vordergrund. Sie unterstützen sich in ihrer Praxis gegenseitig.

Für die Teilnahme am Sommerseminar AcroYoga sind Vorerfahrungen oder ein Partner sind NICHT nötig!

Vertrauen, Verbinden und Loslassen

Im therapeutischen Fliegen verbinden wir auf wunderbare Weise (Partner-)Yoga und Thaimassage -  in der Luft und auf dem Boden.
Du wirst lernen, dich in einer sicheren Umgebung mit anderen zu verbinden.
Tauche ein in diese Welt von Vertrauen und Loslassen, Geben und Empfangen, Tragen und Getragen werden.
